Slapface Chat 

This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.

We collect information regarding your use of the Platform, e.g., how you engage with the Platform, including how you interact with content we show to you, the advertisements you view, videos you watch and problems encountered, browsing and search history, the content you like, the content you save to ‘My Favourites’, the users you follow and how you engage with mutual followers.

For a better experience, while using our Service, We may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Email, photos, phone number, videos posted, location. The information that We request will be retained on your device and is not collected by me in any way.

If you choose to register or use the Platform using a third-party social network account details (e.g., Facebook, X, Instagram, Tiktok, Google) or login service, you will provide us or allow to provide us with your username, public profile, and other possible information related to such account.

The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Firebase.  Admob.  Google Play Services.

Disturbing content control:

Any form of posted disturbing content will be removed immediately this could be to name a few ; drugs, guns, fake promotions, violence, hate speech, misleading news, porn, nudity, dangerous challenges, etc.

The more times we see a profile posting such content after 3 warnings that profile will be suspended for 2 months.

Music & Video copy right:

Any copyrighted music or videos will be muted once posted on Slapface Chat only a select few as well as none copyrighted music and videos are given the green light to be freely posted.

Freedom of Speech:

We at Slapface Chat respect and allow users to freely exercise their right to freedom of speech following the laws of the country they reside.

Exposure of data to law personal:

In no way will user/users data be exposed to any law personal without a judge signed warrant.

Log Data:

We want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app We collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
